To unblock a user,
1. From the menu bar, click Manage users. The User Lists screen is displayed.
2. From the left pane select the required user list to which the concerned user belongs. The list of users in the selected user list is displayed in the right pane.
3. Click on the name of the concerned user. The profile details of the user are displayed.
4. On the bottom left of the Profile Details screen, click on More options & select Unblock User.
The selected user is unblocked successfully.
Once a blocked user is unblocked, they can log in to the One Resource platform. The user will regain the properties and permissions that were assigned to them before they were blocked.
