# Editing an existing alarm

To edit an existing alarm,

1\.   From the **Studio** dropdown menu, select **Configure Alerts**. Select the alarms for **Communication on form submission**

2\.    In the **Send a communication on form submission** card, click **Continue.** The list of existing alarms is displayed.

3\.    Click on the alarm name, and the details of which you wish to edit. The **Steps** screen of the selected alarm is displayed.

4\.    At the bottom right of the **Steps** screen, click **Edit**. You can now edit the settings as required.
