## Action Oriented View

*Action oriented view is a work centric view designed to put individual focus on important functions and activities.*

It can be segregated into different parts each with their own emphasis.

1. **Form Submissions** 
   1. Depending upon the business processes the user might need to fill forms on a consistent basis, hence action oriented view provides a direct access to the forms.
2. **Pending Actions**
   1. Pending actions are a collection of all the tickets assigned to the user that are in progress or pending. Under action oriented view \_
3. **Key Actions**
   1. **Timeline**
      1. Timeline is a log of activities displayed in a chronological order, it displays all actions that haver take place in concise manner.
   2. **Media Directory**
      1. The **Media Directory** serves as a storage space for different type of media files that may be associated with the individual business process or the platform.
   3. **Scheduler**
      1. Scheduler is configuring an alarm to go off at a set time, prompting the user to take certain actions like filling a form.

## **Chat Oriented View**

*The chat view is a messenger that lets the members of the group communicate with each other. It displays the form submissions as cards where users can provide their comments accordingly.*
