# Pending task (assigned to you)

In a business process configured on the platform, there might be workflow actions or tasks that can be allocated to a user.

{% hint style="info" %}
E.g. in an approval process for reimbursement, a team manager might get the request for approvals.
{% endhint %}

The user can obtain the details of the tasks that are assigned to them and are pending their action through the [**Assigned to you**](/groups-applications/group-details-on-web/pending-task-assigned-to-you/how-to-access-the-tasks-assigned-to-you.md) view.

The **Assigned to you** screen offers two types of views for accessing the details of the tasks assigned to you:

* **Table View**
* **Card View**

The user can [**toggle** ](/groups-applications/group-details-on-web/pending-task-assigned-to-you/how-to-toggle-between-different-views.md)between these views as per their preference.
