# Deleting forms

The **Form Builder** does not provide us with the option to permanently delete forms. We can **archive** them instead.

{% hint style="info" %}
Once archived, we can only get back those forms by contacting the **Support team**.
{% endhint %}

To delete an existing form,

1\. From the **Groups** dropdown-list, click on the group to which the required form belongs.

The list of forms belonging to the group are displayed along with their field details.

2\. Against the required form, click ![](/files/hzPyMXalZOBc9GDZeben).

The list of actions that can be taken on the form are displayed.

3\. To delete the form, click **Archive Form**.

The form is archived and can no longer be accessed from the list of forms of the group.
